There are many elements that effective the traffic in Calgary. My biggest peeve are the slow drivers, especially those that hog the left lane hindering the flow of traffic. This Traffic Blog is tackling the issue by informing Calgarians on ways we can improve the way we get around this great city of ours.

This issue’s discussion is about signaling, which many drivers do incorrectly. I find a lot of drivers signal just as they turn, or begin turning, where drivers should signal is a 100 meters before turning. This rule gives other drivers an indication that you will be slowing down ahead providing time to prepare for their breaking.
