It's Only Been Talk!

Everyone is talking about the first couple of issues of WebStamp. It’s great to see that there are so many interested in helping the local economy so they can get back to enjoying life. But it’s only talk. Only a few people hear you when you tell them, but a lot of people are reached when you broadcast it on social media. WebStamp is here to help Calgarians to participate in and enjoy their communities.

Calgarian's Voice connecting Calgarians

After you have enjoyed an article or two, be sure to go online and give us your opinion on the article, or your thoughts and suggestions. Participate in your communities with WebStamp as your voice and at the same time improve the local economy and your neighbourhood. Let Calgary know what is on your mind by informing us your ideas on encouraging local commerce.

By communicating on a local level we can encourage supporting local merchants with local buying. Several studies have shown buying locally means more money stays in the community, which in turn is used by local businesses to make purchases from other local businesses and services.

Purchasing locally means you are supporting yourself and your local community. This investment in the community keeps our communities unique and encourages local prosperity, reduces environmental impact and creates jobs. There is no better way to invest in your community than to participate in it. Come on Calgary let’s get connected with our communities and enjoy the excitement in our backyard.

Save The Iconic Saddledome

Originally called the Olympic Saddledome, this Calgary symbol is slated to be removed within the next 5 years from our skyline. The historic structure has been a vital part of Calgary's development and should remain one of Calgary's trademarks.
