Field of Crosses ~ Lest We Forget

In remembrance of the soldiers from Southern Alberta that made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom, the Field of Crosses Memorial returns for it’s 11th year. Join in to honour the sacrifice of those Southern Albertans who died for our freedom today.

With a lot of Calgary businesses mentioning that they are struggling because of the economy, the extended road closures, and the recent dilemma with property taxes the city has begun the campaign #BuyLocalYYC to encourage Calgarians to shop locally for the holiday season.
